Operational Policy

DGE is a knowledge-based company operating in the sustainability sector with a focus on environmental issues, primarily in the Swedish market.

Our business idea is to offer high-quality expertise in environmental and sustainability matters to our prioritized customers. Our advice aims to strengthen our customers’ competitiveness, competence, and brand because we believe that together we can make a difference for the environment. We strive for long-term collaborations with customers who need several of our services.

Our Vision is to make a difference for each other, our customers, and our shared future.

To clarify what we mean and facilitate our work, we have broken down the vision into the following ambitions within three focus areas that express the kind of company we want to be:

ADVISORY

  • Reliable execution
  • Genuine engagement
  • Value for the customer
  • Benefit for the world

BUSINESS

  • Profitability for freedom
  • The obvious choice
  • Balanced company
  • Environmentally smart everyday life

PERSONNEL PHILOSOPHY

  • Pleasant atmosphere
  • Smart together
  • Development and drive
  • Trust and responsibility

This means, among other things, that:

  • We should be a responsive, energizing, and persistent partner who seeks new solutions and dares to question when short-sightedness and old truths get in the way.
  • Our communication should be sincere, clear, and educational to simplify and create actionability.
  • We should keep our promises and execute and deliver our assignments safely, with good competence, effective methods, and reliable delivery.
  • Our employees are offered a safe, stimulating, and developing work environment.

To achieve this, we shall:

  • Conduct internal quality, environmental, and work environment efforts that lead to continuous improvements.
  • Ensure that the quality level in the operations at least maintains the requirements defined in the operational system.
  • Ensure that the working methods within DGE’s accredited operations meet the requirements of SS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 (alternative B) and that specified and updated methods for measurements and calibrations are used professionally for the benefit of our customers.
  • Ensure that leadership supports the company’s development with each individual’s personal needs and conditions as tools, without creating passivity or confinement.
  • Ensure that our employees continuously develop and have the knowledge required in each area and each specific assignment.
  • Offer a work environment and organization where working conditions and development opportunities are not a hindrance but an asset to create development opportunities for all employees regardless of gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or origin.
  • Have a culture where ideas arise and where we utilize each other’s creativity, engagement, and drive to develop our services and working methods.
  • Identify risks to the environment and human health within the framework of our assignments and take necessary preventive protective measures.
  • Have good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and consider these as a minimum level for our work.
  • Ensure that employees can freely express their opinions, anonymously if desired, in our systems.

Our operational policy has been developed in collaboration with employees.
